This is a statless, no hit points, effect based game with a two sided character / rules sheet for resolving basic combat and skills.
Its a simple, quick system with no separate attack roll with just enough detail to be somewhat realistic, without being bogged down in rules.
This system is fairly realistic in that people are maimed and killed in combat. GMs can feel free to modify the rules to make combat less deadly.
GMs will make common sense calls on everything the rules dont cover.
